Everything You Need Is Behind Your Login

Your pkr665 account is more than just a username and password. It is the single point of access for every product on the platform – from betting on the next Pakistan Super League match to collecting VIP points on slots, depositing in PKR through JazzCash, or joining a live bingo room in the middle of the night.

Once you log in, your personalised dashboard shows your real-time PKR balance, your active bets, your latest deposit and withdrawal history, and your current VIP tier progress. Everything is in one place so you do not need to navigate multiple pages to understand where you stand.

Your responsible gaming settings – deposit limits, session timers, loss limits and any self-exclusion arrangements – are also visible and adjustable from within your account as soon as you log in. If you need to reduce your deposit limit, it takes effect the moment you save the change.

For Pakistani players who use the mobile app, your login credentials work identically on both the website and the app. Log in on your phone to bet on a T20 match from anywhere, then switch to a browser at home and your balance, bets and settings are exactly as you left them.

Access on Mobile App

The pkr665 app keeps you logged in between sessions. You only need to re-enter your credentials if you actively log out or after an extended inactive period for security reasons. Visit the App page to download.

Login Security on pkr665

pkr665 takes the security of your account seriously. The following protections are in place on every account:

  • All login traffic is protected by SSL/TLS encryption. Your credentials are never transmitted in plain text.
  • Two-factor authentication via SMS OTP is available and recommended for all accounts. Enable it from your security settings.
  • Unusual login attempts from new devices or locations trigger a verification step before access is granted.
  • Sessions time out automatically after a period of inactivity, reducing the risk if you forget to log out on a shared device.
  • Login notifications can be sent to your registered mobile number each time your account is accessed, giving you visibility of all activity.

Can't Log In?

If you are having trouble accessing your account, here are the most common causes and what to do about each one:

  • Forgotten password – use the "Forgot password?" option on the login screen. A reset link will be sent to your registered mobile or email.
  • Wrong mobile number format – make sure you are entering your number in the same format used at registration, including the country prefix if required.
  • Account temporarily locked – after multiple incorrect password attempts, accounts are temporarily locked for security. Wait a few minutes then try again or contact support.
  • Account under review – if your account has been flagged for verification, contact the 24/7 support team via live chat to resolve this quickly.

Common Questions

Login FAQ

You can log in using either your registered Pakistani mobile number or your email address, whichever you prefer. Both are linked to your account. The login screen has a tab to switch between the two options.

On the login screen, tap or click "Forgot password?" and enter your registered mobile number or email. You will receive a one-time reset link via SMS or email. Follow the link to create a new password. If you do not receive the message within a few minutes, contact the 24/7 support team via live chat.

Accounts are temporarily locked after several consecutive incorrect password attempts as a security measure. Wait 15–30 minutes and try again. If the account remains locked, contact pkr665 support through live chat. The team can verify your identity and restore access promptly.

Yes. On the pkr665 mobile app, selecting "Keep me logged in" during login maintains your session between uses. For security, sessions will still time out after extended inactivity or if you log in from another device. You can always log out manually from the account menu.

pkr665 uses SSL/TLS encryption on all connections, so your login credentials and account data are protected regardless of your network. However, on public Wi-Fi at cafes, airports or other shared networks, we recommend using a VPN for an additional layer of privacy. Mobile data (4G/5G) on your Pakistani SIM is generally safer than public Wi-Fi.

If you notice any suspicious login activity, change your password immediately from your security settings. Then contact pkr665 support via live chat and report the incident. The team can review your login history, flag suspicious sessions and take further protective action on your account. Enable two-factor authentication immediately to prevent future unauthorised access.
